  I ordered a drink, which was clear, and the spoon in it was dirty. Looks like someone had eaten chocolate with it and they didn't clean it before putting it in my drink. It was disgusting. Will not order drink from them again.

  If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. The individuals that greeted us at this establishment were incredibly rude and worst of all, liars. I went there this past friday night, I had made a reservation for 6 - which in retrospect seems very unecessary as this place was basically EMPTY! There were three gentleman at the front, none of which were welcoming in the slightest, even though we were very nice to them. Anyway, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I mentioned that we had a reservation. The main guy (sitting in the middle) proceeded to ask "Are you a member?" and I said "No". His response to me not being a "member" was that we have to pay an extra 5$ per person - what a ridiculous scam! Now, mind you, I called in ahead of time NOT once was it mentioned that there would be a a surcharge for non-members. I told him that what he said is nonsense and that we were not paying extra for some random excuse...and guess what, he immediately said that they would take off the charge. After that, he was just plain rude for no reason. They took us to our room and left us there, with no guidance on how to use the karaoke machine. After 10 mins of no assistance we decided to leave. Point is, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, and if you do, don't let them pull some bulls**t surcharge on you, call them out on it. Their attitude and tone is enough reason to not go there in the first place.

  Good location, song selection & foods. But the drinks are very expensive. Def not my number 1 choice to do karaoke & heavy drinking. There are other cheaper alternatives for sure
