  The staff are friendly, and the have a decent selection of desserts. I came in looking for a cake, and found one for a lot less than I was expecting to pay. They also have a decent selection of food that you can purchase to prepare at home.

  Novello use to be amazing years ago. Staff is not friendly. Prices keep increasing. Many old favorite items have been removed or are special request.

  I just had the most lovey experience today at Novello's! I went in with my mom and mother in law to order a cake for my bridal shower and came out with my wedding cake as well! Grace was full of great ideas and helped paint the vision that I wasn't even 100% sure I even had! I honestly didn't even want cakes for my 2 occasions but I left so excited to see what they were going to look like for both my special days! Thank you so much!!! Such wonderful customer service!

  This has been our go-to place for cakes and desserts for the past 3 years (longer for some of our other family members). We have always had a pleasant experience with both staff and the quality of the food. Would definitely recommend to all our friends and family.
