  terrible experience, the service was awful, the pool needs extra money to get in, the control system makes me feel like i live in the 90s. you need extra fee of 5 dollar to get a room. and by the way you need to show them your id and cant get it back before you finish. the washroom door was broken you cant lock any of those doors.overall a terrible experience.*don't get fool by the pics on top.

  Disrespectful staff!!! we came to the place to play darts and the receptionist girl gave us already used darts and took the deposit. This is a normal practice as we've been in other similar places before. After couple of games we went to replace the darts, because tips were bended. the girl said that we have to pay for the replacement, so we didn't bother ourselves and kept playing with whatever we had. After few more games the tip of one of the dart anyway got broken. Not to mention, in any other place you will get a new dart or tip, so you can keep playing. However, we were charged 25 cents per tip, because as she said "you broke brend-new tip and you have to replace it. We mentioned that". But she didn't. She also mentioned that it's the policy of their place for customers to replace the damage, and that their place is provided with tips from the darts company (so they are basically free for them). When we asked her to show the rules, the girl just yelled at us that we are not watching our language (we didn't use any swear word BTW!). At that time one of the servers already dressed up and was ready to go home stopped by and started to yell at us that we have to pay. I don't deny, we raised the voice, but still didn't use any inappropriate language. After all they couldn't clearly answer us why we had to pay and called for the security. They kicked us out in the middle of the game, so we lost our money that we payed for it.
  I STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND TO GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND RIPPED OFF.

  The karaoke system was a little difficult to get the hang of, but we ultimately had an enjoyable time in our room. The staff were nice, but the facilities could use a little bit of maintenance (light bulbs needed replacing, etc). Given my experience, I would most likely return.

  This was a scam. I had called in advance to ask about the price for a 1 hour game of snooker, and the lady on the phone informed that it is $13.00 flat. When I got to the place, I was asked of my ID, and I handed my drivers license. The lady didn't return it to me claiming that she will keep it until the end of my snooker game. I did not feel comfortable and demanded it back. Her reason didn't make sense to me as she mentioned that she can keep my credit card as ID as well... Finally an agreement was made to provide a deposit of $40 but receive a refund of whatever remaining amount is. (Which she agreed would be $27 if we play for an hour)
  After playing an hour, we went to the lady to get the remaining 27 dollars back. She insisted that the rate is $19.65 ($13/hr plus $6.65) because we are not members of the club.... We asked why this wasn't mentioned earlier before we played, but she did not answer our question and said we had to pay the fee. This is unprofessional and the worst place to go to as the customer service was terrible. It is unprofessional to keep a driver's license or credit card as ID and not return it. It is unprofessional to not mention hidden fees while knowing the customer has asked about the total rate twice.
  ***RECOMMENDED TO NOT GO TO THIS BILLIARDS/SNOOKER CENTRE.***

  Overpriced $15 for an hour with $5 extra for non members plus everybody has to get one drink each, also the service is horrible. Washrooms haven't been clean in weeks.
