  The guy in the back making my buffet (Roy) drops the bun on the floor and picks it up while watching all this unfold and places the bun back on the burger which was then packed and served to me. Completely disgusting and health Canada needs to revaluate them. Told the evening manager which was a young gentlemen roughly the age of 21and didn't care about any words coming out of my mouth. Standards are not being met. Incident occurred June 14af approximately 10:30-11:00pm. This location head needs to view the camera footage from the kitchen to validate this claim. Evening manager needs to also be demoted because of the way he handled the situation. Name goes something like an...

  Was slightly difficult placing my order with cashier..she required help, yet she wasn't wearing a training badge. Then they made a blatant mistake on my order where it was clearly placed as no cheese and yet they still put cheese on my quarter pounder. Then a small discussion ensued about my order, trying to place blame while I was standing there waiting for my order to begin being made. Waste of time there for me.
  
  I had ordered a happy meal and even though specific questions were asked to me at the cashier about the order, they still forgot the sauce for the nuggets.
  
  I had also order two combo meals and requested that both fries be upsized. The cashier repeated the order back to me including the upsized order on both fries. When I got my order, I found one to be upsized and the other not. I then checked my receipt and found out that the cashier, even though repeating back to me the order, forgot to include one of the upsized order of fries and left it as a medium. I addressed the issue with the employee giving me the order and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said "Well, that is what is what she did." The employee just looked at me briefly until I told her that it wasn't my fault and I even offered to pay for the difference to get the order right. The employee roles her eyes and then said not to worry about it. Apparently the 40 cents I saved was supposed to be a big favour and to make up for all the inconvenience.
  
  Finally when I sat down to eat, I found the burger to be quite dry and almost flakey..and pieces were falling out. I guess the cheese acts like a glue for their dry burgers maybe?

  The mens washroom has a tap that runs forever. The urinal was overflowing all over the floor. There was an employee using the washroom at the time and he left and sent no one to rectify the issue.
  
  The machine that you can place your order on didn't print my ticket so I had no proof that I paid.
  
  The coke zero mix was watery and off.
  
  As an ex employee I can tell you this place would fail a corporate MVR. The place was disorganized as well as the staff.
  
  Drive through gets priority while you stand and wait inside.
  
  I am not surprised this was the location that had ants in the breakfast burritos....

  *edit* They have consistently gotten our orders wrong on the last 3 visits. Completely wrong.
  
  This used to be good but they somehow always manage to forget items, give you the wrong items, or mess up the order somehow. The staff sometimes seem quick but other times, have no clue what is going on. Several times at the drive thru they are very slow and make you wait at the 3rd window.

  We always get what we order without any trouble and the food is good. Specifically their icecream is amazing.
