  We ordered a cake for my friends birthday and the initial customer service was very warm and friendly. I gave them the details on what I want the cake to be like and showed them examples of designs, they assured me they would be able to create the cake with our specifications. All throughout the process, communications were great and we were very happy when they delivered the cake (the designs actually turned out better than what we expected which was a big plus!) Everyone at the party really enjoyed the layers and the savory taste of the cake so we are sure to be returning customers!

  I ordered my baby girls' first birthday cake from Le Delice. In order to avoid miscommunication I created an illustrator document and gave them an exact picture of the cake I wanted to have. Just 24 hours before the birthday Operations manager sent us a picture of the cake. The cake looked very disappointing. The cake I requested was very simple and there was only a simple bird on top of it and the digit "1" which were very very poorly made. The very minor details were also done very poorly. We paid $265 for the cake but the cake we received in my opinion did not worth more than $100. Even though I expressed my disappointment over and over the operations manager thought the cake looked perfect and beautiful. At the end an operations manager valuing her own opinion rather than the customer's opinion was very unprofessional. Also seeing what she called "perfect & beautiful" gave me an opinion about the quality of the job Le Delice offers to clients. I ordered a simple cake but at the end I didn't receive what I ordered. Besides this I did not receive any apology or any compensation for the disappointment . Sadly I will not return to this place again and I would not recommend Le Delice to anyone.

  My wife and I ordered a custom 3-tier wedding cake and a sweet table for our special day. Our whole experience from beginning to end was really positive. From our first meeting we knew we were in great hands. The staff and management were courteous, patient and professional guiding us through the entire process and even helped us narrow down and choose what we wanted. We also found their selection and customization options to be second to none especially after already visiting a few other competitors which we really appreciated. Overall Le Delice ended up being a great choice which our families and our friend's families used for two separate wedding occasions and were beyond pleased with the service, quality and the team which made us feel like stars on our special day with their tasty, quality and presentable desserts which got everyone talking! A+++ for Le Delice.

  I have ordered cakes from Le Delice Fine Cakes for two very special occasions and both times the results were outstanding. The cake designs weren't simple and had a lot details. They came out exactly as requested and the cakes weren't just pretty, they were delicious!! Everyone kept asking where I got the cakes and many took leftovers home. I also ordered select mini items to design the sweet table but unlike other places Le Delice worked with my numbers and didn't require a minimum number to make them for me. More importantly the manager was a delight to work with. She was nice, responsive and quick with her answers. I will most definitely go back.

  My (now) husband and I booked Le Delice to bake our wedding cake 8 months in advance. They stood us up for multiple meetings, which should have been a red flag but we were committed. They then canceled two weeks before the wedding! Allegedly, because we refused to pay the balance - when in fact we had offered to pay on the following day - which was still two weeks before they delivered on anything. I strongly caution anyone from relying on Le Delice.
