  gave 1 star for the service and efficient。 their bubble teas are way too sweet than other location. Slightly sugar drinks taste like 150% sugar. This location is destroying the brand of chatime.

  Whereas this location has impressive baked goods, the server (Pedro) directly refused me the option to leave out sugary hazelnut syrup from a bubble tea drink (this gal only wanted cocoa powder!). As someone who has been an avid Chatime fan (and bubble tea drinker in general), this was arbitrary and idiotic. I have never been denied the ability to customize my own ~$5 drink. Pedro, although you might be citing "protocol" as your reason, your customer service sucks. I will not be returning to this location.

  Finally a Bake Code in Markham! (this review is long overdue) The service here is good - at least there's two registers for when it gets really busy (even though the line moves pretty fast with just one at this location). Wide selection of macarons, and the decor is nice. Tried a Thai Milk Tea Lava Croissant (man was it expensive!), and it was tasty and unique. Also one of my favourite chatime locations (lots of parking, short lines, good taste).

  Gave 2 stars for service and the availability of products. It's only 2pm on a Sunday. Most pastries are sold out already.
  
  Management should learn to manage better. If you don't close till 10pm and most of you're pastries are sold out already, there's a PROBLEM!
  
  Need more staff to work the store more efficiently.
