  I have been here since 2012. The quality of food was above average (7.5/10). But I was quite disappointed after my most recent visit. They eliminated many food choices such as raw shrimps and raw octopus. Moreover, the quality of food was just average (5/10). It was also quite pricey, $36/person on Friday night. I would not recommend this place.

  Tasty signature sushi and great hot foods. We ate at lunch and service was quick and accurate. Cheers! Would come back again.

  I won't come back this place any more. We are going to have cold dishes in a sushi place, why do we have to have their cold faces at the same time? When we walked in this morning, the restaurant was completely empty. A lady with glasses asked us to sit down at a table just in front of her counter. Why do we have to eat under her nose while there are a full room of empty tables? Then we were offered at a table at a dark corner while a lot of window side tables are available and we are not allowed to choose those. These are all minor issues. The key is: service in this store is horrible ---- you know for sure they don't appreciate your business at all but they will still ask for tips. Don't go there --- you have a lot of other choices in the area. We are now sitting in one nice sushi place just 5min away. Question: why other sushi place has already a lot of guests while this Syogun has literally none there?

  The most delicate way I can even begin to describe this restaurant is that they serve to be a cheap excuse of a Japanese restaurant. I have never EVER experienced such horrendous customer service. yes, I know you're busy 10% of the time. This restaurant was at its peak a long time ago, now it's just there to milk returning customers.
  
  I'm surprised this place still exist. The quality has decreased drastically over the years, and the service is getting worse and worse. There are plenty of other AYCE in the area, and I don't even mind travelling further just to eat something else. At this stage, essentially anything is better than the food available here. I don't ever plan on returning here ever again.

  Food and service was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and trendy. Loved order on the iPad. I'm definitely going back. I recommend to everyone.
