  I'm not super pleased with the customer service experience I had today. When I spoke with the employee on the phone I made it clear that I had a specific colour scheme in mind (think red/black for a lumberjack themed party) but received cupcakes with pink, purple and blue sugar and multicoloured sprinkles. Out of the 12 cupcakes only 4 had red icing; it honestly seemed like they threw left over cupcakes from other orders to make up mine. When I pointed out the colours to the employee she had no response or concern. At the end of the day I didn't push the issue as the party is tomorrow and nut-free bakeries are few and between so I took the cupcakes. Of course sprinkles aren't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but when you ask for specific details on the phone and they don't deliver it is disappointing. Hopefully the cupcakes will at least taste good; not sure if I will use this bakery again.

  Excellent cakes. However they almost never pick up the phone, and if they do they're in a hurry to get you off. Customer service needs work.

  I've been a customer for over 10 years now. I splurge on custom cakes for special occasions such as big birthdays, anniversaries and milestones. I always order the edible photo cakes and they're a big hit with my family and friends. The cakes are moist and not too sweet. They can even make vegan cakes! Love this place.

  I have been ordering for almost 10 years and always satisfied, with customer service, the actual cake and the taste. There cakes are so delicious, our guests are always happy and ask for seconds. Sweet, yes but that's what a cake should be. Yummy. Thanks again for another great cake.
